Ravibax-S (Inactivated Rabies Vaccine – Lyophilized) is an inactivated, purified rabies vaccine prepared in vero cells. Ravibax-S is lyophilized and supplied with diluent (1 vial of powder with 1 ml of diluent in ampoule), the vaccine looks like a dry white cake. the vaccine meets the requirements of the World Health Organization.

Description

Ravibax-S is indicated for the prevention of rabies in children and adults. It can be used before or after exposure, as a primary immunization or as a booster dose.  Do not administer the vaccine intramuscularly. Immunoglobulins and rabies vaccines should not be combined in the same syringe or injected at the same site.
