Description
PentaSure DM is clinically gluten and lactose free. Suitable for oral and enteral feeding. Not indicated for children under 4 years old. For use with feeding tube follow the instructions of the doctor or nutritionist. Pour and dissolve 25 g (2 tablespoons flush) in 100 ml of water or 50 g (4 tablespoons flush) in 200 ml of water. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry and clean place. Protect from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
